A tribute to Lovecraft for Imaginarios digital magazine #march. Just a kind of speedpainting, inspired by the novels of Lovecraft and all the boardgames about cthulhu and others.
I have tried to evoque M.C.Escher mad drawings with impossible up and down stairs that go nowhere. By the way, I like Sherlock Holmes videogame covers, with dark ambients, lots of tentacles and intrigue feeling.
Photoshop CS5, Wacom Intuos 4, many layers, 10 hours more or less.
